iTunes goes nuts
Well, maybe iTunes went nuts. Or it could be a momentary loss of control combined with them adding a Latino store for American customers. In any case, they have four free songs up at the moment, as well as a number of TV shows.
Free music is goooood.

I just got my 2000t and all of my songs are skipping in iTunes, and I cant figure out why. If someone could help me out and tell me how to fix this I would really appreciate it because its driving me crazy. Thanks for the replys.

Are you using a recent version of iTunes? The last few versions have introduced some errors, which seem to be a memory issue from what I can tell (at least, it gets a lot worse when I have more stuff open at once — I’ve been known to have World of Warcraft, Word, Firefox, Thunderbird AND iTunes all open at the same time, for instance).
I’d grab the newest available version and try and run the program with as few other things running as is reasonable. I also find that running the program in miniplayer mode (Ctrl-M, I believe) also helps.
