From my mom, via e-mail:

Here’s some pictures of Dora. Sorry, I did not write to you sooner. She is doing well. She is really sweet. Eats well. Sleeps on all the furniture. Sleeps on the bed most of the night, except when she is off exploring in the dark. I KNEW if you two said a cat was a “good one” it would be true. She is fitting in well and really smart. I tell her something, and she does it. Wow! (Haven’t need to use the squirt bottle either.)

So, all’s well that ends well for a little lost kitten from the High Desert.

  1. Ok, that picture with your dad holding her is awesome!

  2. Not to take any of the thunder away from Dora, but your dad looks almost identical to mine, right down to the beard. I thought for a moment that I had accidentally stumbled on to my brother’s online gallery, and missed my dad’s “perm” phase.

    Is that the illustrious McMozzbi?

  3. Jonathon,

Aye, it is a bedraggled and haggard McMozzbi! He is a bit drawn from working the Tame Beast charm on that “Level 3 Obsidian and Copper Flame PuddyTat” semi-combat companion. The spell worked and Dhorah is advancing rapidly through the loyalty ranks. BTW, what you see on McMozzbi’s head is a true “permanent” in that he was born with it and will die with it.
