James climbing onto his toy to look at the TV

George Mallory would understand.

James’ ongoing cognitive leap continued yesterday with him climbing onto the most annoying toy in the universe (note the duct tape required to keep the legs on a toy he can’t do without, much to my chagrin) to get at the TV (perhaps to stop Rachel Coleman from singing again).

He later repeated this operation with a sock in his mouth. Why a sock in his mouth? No idea; Mallory never mentioned that part.

  1. I am reporting you to child services for putting flashdance leggings on your manchild.

  2. They keep baby legs warm while his diaper is still accessible.

Plus, you know, he’s a maniac, maniac on the floor.

  4. Hahaha yeah…. you are already in trouble. He is practicing climbing the light tower on the side of rock stage. Does he have groupy girls at the play dates?

  5. Wow, that’s some good climbing. I’m so humiliated at my own offspring. I’m surprised that James is developing so fast for a boy. Then, of course, I remember those leggings.

  6. Haha, thats a very funny picture and post. His little downy chick head, his leg warmers, him being so close to the TV.

Although I am not sure if its healthy to be under the TV like that.

    But I am no expert.

  7. If that child was of proper Russian stock, you would not have to worry about his legs being too cold!
