Fringe’s Observer
I know, this is a few months old, but the Observer on Fringe is so cool, especially as he’s pretty clearly based on the mostly-known-to-hardcore-UFO-theorists Men in Black urban legend. (Or maybe that’s just what they want you to believe.) Playing spot the Observer (who is conveniently on the scene of all the show’s weirdness, like a eyebrow-free Jessica Fletcher) is one of the show’s little pleasures.
In case you’ve missed him (and I certainly have in many episodes), please to enjoy:

i enjoy this show too, although the first few episodes where they made Walter an expert in practically every branch of science, got a bit frustrating (‘oh, what’s he g oing to be an expert in THIS week!’). Now it’s settled down I’m enjoying it a lot more. I think I’ve spotted the bald guy in every episode i’ve watched so far, not sure if I’ve caught all his appearances though!
I’m not watching the clip as I think we are a few episodes behind (we had a big hiatus until about 4 weeks agro when i re-started) and I don’t want to spoil my ‘bald-dude-spotting’!

Excellent show. I can more easily tolerate Walter as a poly-math genius, Renaissance Nut-Job than I can his surly, semi-poly-math semi-genius son constantly whining at him and the whole situation when circumstances have clearly shown how critical the conspiracy is becoming, Suck it up, Peter, and head out! Evil forces have gathered!
