Two year anniversary
Today, I have been at the Hesperia Star two years. In three more months, I will pass my longest newspaper writing gig to date, which was my tenure at the Potomac News.

FOXSports.com officially became my longest tenure about a year and four months
ago. So every day is a new personal best.

Plus, you’re management now, so you can tell other people they need to get haircuts. Or, you know, not to get haircuts.

Hmmm … I didn’t know I could do that. But my hair is pretty much the longest
in the newsroom and that isn’t saying much. So I guess we’ll have to go the
“no haircut” route. Although I’d like to think I can come up with a better
gross abuse of power than that …

Hey, I’m just using the playbook of the first editor we have in common. I don’t recommend any graphic editorials about female soldiers being raped as prisoners of war. If nothing else, it’d be a weird fit with the sports page.
