Green
Spaghetti

there's a lot of rich food on these pages. What can I say? I like
my food stick-to-your-arteries yummy.
- 8 to 10 ounces
of spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons
of whole basil
- 2 tablespoons
of parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup of
soft butter
- 8 ounce package
of cream cheese
- 1/3 cup of
grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of
olive oil
- 1 clove of
minced or pressed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon
of pepper
Cook spaghetti
until done, drain.
Add basil and
parsley to butter. Blend in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil,
garlic and pepper in skillet on low heat.
Arrange hot
spaghetti on warm platter and serve with sauce. Makes six servings.
